Installing Form Generator
Head over to Google Marketplace Here
Click the blue ‘install’ button and accept the permissions
Login to Google Sheets and open an existing or blank sheet
Open the ‘Extensions’ menu on the top right and locate ‘Form Generator’
Select ‘Launch’ to launch the sidebar and start Form Generator
